Inspiration behind:
Tulips are such a unique flower and this bouquet was put in my basket right away. They symbolize that your feelings are true so as a gift to someone is showing much love. I started painting from a bouquet in a modern glass vase but knowing how short lived the blooms were I actually blocked out quickly and then photographed each bloom held up on the canvas and worked from those.
